   We are a company that wants to encourage, through our business activities, the local development and production of natural agricultural resources.
    The company owner uses his Dutch heritage and cheese-making knowledge to make the cheese in a environment-friendly and locally acceptable way. Our hope is to teach the cheese making trade to local farmers as a new source of income.
    Currently, we are making Gouda and Monterey-Jack, plain or with spices such as cumin and chilli.  
    The cheeses are sold by the KG. or per wheel (one wheel is between 3 and 4 kg.).
